Shipping FAQs

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's website.

Free ground shipping on all orders over $79 USD.

For orders under $79, a shipping fee will be applied: 

Weight Range: 0lb–2.2lb

Cost: $6.99 USD

Weight Range: 2.2lb–4.4lb

Cost: $15.99 USD

Weight Range: 4.4lb and up

Cost: $19.99 USD

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 days of order receipt or credit card approval on weekdays, excluding holidays. Orders placed during the weekend or on U.S. nationally observed holidays are processed the following business day. If you do not receive an order shipment confirmation and it has been more than 5 business days, please contact our customer service team at service@pekaboay.com for assistance.

To ensure you don’t miss out on crucial preparation time for important celebration parties, for standard shipping, we recommend that you place your order at least 10 business days before the event to allow for processing and shipping time. If you are preparing for celebratory holidays such as Christmas, we suggest ordering at least 30 business days before the event.

Please note that the day of shipment is not considered a transit day by any of our carriers, no matter what time the order is placed, processed, or shipped.

After your item has been shipped, you'll receive your tracking number and have the ability to view the exact ETA of your package, anytime, anywhere through your confirmation email or on our site.

Please keep in mind that the estimated delivery is impacted by your selected shipping method.

If your order hasn’t been finalized, you can return to the checkout page to enter your discount code.

Once your order has been placed/completed, we cannot apply a discount to it, unfortunately. However, you’re welcome to use the discount code for your next order.

Orders

If your order has not been shipped yet, we can help you change or cancel it. Please contact our customer service team at service@pekaboay.com ASAP.

After an order is fulfilled and shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes, unfortunately.

We hope that every product can win the affection of customers.

However, if you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, or received the wrong item(s), or the order arrived damaged or with missing pieces, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of the shipment delivery date. Please stay in contact with our customer service representatives until your after-sales request is fully resolved. Returns received past the allowable date or containing ineligible items will not be refunded. 

Please note that:

• If the order is shipped and you haven’t received the product(s) but decide to cancel the order, the incurred shipping costs will not be covered by us and will be deducted from your refund.


• If the return is due to Pekaboay’s problems (e.g., incorrect products, product quality issues), we will provide you with a full refund, including the shipping costs for the return.


• If the return is due to the buyer’s reasons (e.g., not liking/wanting the item, ordering the wrong product/size), the buyer must pay the return shipping costs.

Should your order have benefited from a promotional discount, the value of the discount will be subtracted from your refund. Additionally, for orders that qualified for free shipping, the cost equivalent to the standard shipping rate will be deducted from the refund amount.

1. Refund Process

Please reach out to the customer service team at service@pekaboay.com to request before anything is shipped back.

indicating the item(s) you would like to return and why. We will get back to you within 48 hours. For defective products, we require pictures or videos of defective/damaged items to process the return/refund.

We will review and send you a Return Authorization Number if the request is approved. Please note that returns without a Return Authorization Number will be returned to shipper.

Once the return request is approved, We will begin processing your return and refund request.Pack up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing and all accessories in the original shipment.

Please note: Please return the product within 7 business days after we've approved your return/refund request.

We will refund to your original payment method after receiving the package in 5 business days.

2.Non-returnable items

  • Damage of a product resulting from negligence.
  • Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product.
  • Damage caused by natural disasters.
  • Damage caused by natural wear on parts designed to wear out.
  • Theft or loss of a product.
  • Items that are worn, washed, damaged, with labels, packaging, or hygiene stickers removed, or that are incomplete.

The item(s) must be in the same condition in which they were received. Please note that each Party Pack is considered a single item, and individual components cannot be returned independently.

Once we receive the returned item(s), your refund will be credited to the original method of payment. It will normally take within 5 business days (It will take longer on weekends or holidays) for the refund to be issued. User's specific collection time will fluctuate according to the specific working days of the bank.

When completed, an email will be automatically sent to you with the refund amount and refund ID.
